God of War Director's DLC Ideas Would Have Taken Too Long to Make

God Of War's director, Cory Barlog, revealed that he had a couple DLC stories written for Kratos' latest adventure, but that the time investment and ambition of the team would have made it "a little too big!"

Speaking to IGN on Beyond's God of War retrospective at around 33:30, Barlog discussed why God of War, our Game of the Year for 2018, ended up not releasing any new story content after its release last April.
